Thank you for your interest in sending your child to Camp Lakotah this summer.  We are confident that they will have a great time with us and we look forward to having them join our camp family!

The intent of our scholarship fund is to provide financial assistance to families that might not otherwise be able to afford the full cost of a summer camp experience.  Scholarships may be granted based on income or special circumstances or both.   This assistance is granted in the form of a partial tuition campership and is dependent upon the availability of funds.  In order to spread the funds and serve more children, we do not offer any full tuition camperships.  

Please Note:  Campers may also qualify for a multiple camper discount, early enrollment discount or scholarship, but not all three.   Only one discount or fee reduction per camper.

Scholarship Guidelines:

• Incomplete applications will not be reviewed. (One application per camper)
• Funding is limited and scholarships are not guaranteed to all applicants.
• Income eligibility is based on household size, and all sources of household income. Wages, spousal/child support, unemployment, social security, and any other source of income must be included when reporting income.
• Scholarships are for camp registration fees only and do not cover the cost of other camp expenses such as the camp store, transportation, supplies, etc..
• Applications are evaluated without regard to race, religion, natural origin, gender, or physical ability.
• Scholarships will be awarded based on need and/or merit.

Scholarship Recipient Requirements:

• Submit completed Day or Overnight Camp Enrollment Application.
• Submit completed Scholarship Application including documentation demonstrating need.

It is never too soon to plan for summer camp!  We offer great incentives and promotions throughout the year!  Whether you are a returning family or joining us for the first time, we can’t wait to host your kids this summer at Camp Lakotah.

Early-Bird Discount – Sign up early and save big!  For those who like to plan ahead or want to make sure their child gets into the session of their choice, we offer early-bird discounts. March 1 – 30 we are offering discounts on our Overnight Camp and Day Camp programs!   For our Overnight Camps, if you are a returning family, you will be rewarded with a $200 discount PER SESSION when you pay in full at registration.  If you choose to use one of our payment schedules, you will be rewarded with a $100 discount PER SESSION.  If you are a NEW family, you will be given a $100 discount PER SESSION if you pay in full, or a $50 discount if you choose to use one of our payment schedule options.  For our Day Camp program, any camper registering and paying in full will receive a $20 PER SESSION discount.  Sign up early and save big!  When registering on-line the timely Early-Bird Discount will be automatically applied at check-out!

Details:  To redeem the Early-Bird discount, sign up for camp during one of the defined time periods.  Appropriate offer available during discount period only.  Payment plans can be established with this discount.  Early-Bird Discount can be combined with the Bring a Friend Discount only and may not be combined with camperships.

New Family Discount – Try Camp Lakotah for the first time, you won’t be disappointed!  First time families receive 10% off their total on-line purchase if you sign up during the months of January or February.

Details:    Offer available for new families only and will automatically apply when you register during the months of January or February at checkout.  Payment plans can be established with this discount.  New Family Discount may be combined with Sibling Discount or Bring a Friend rewards but cannot be used with any other discounts or camperships.

Sibling Discount – Why not pamper yourself and send all your kids to camp at the same time?  When multiple siblings head to camp together you’ll save, even more!  After the first child’s enrollment, get $50 off per week of Overnight Camp and $10 off per week for Day Camp for each additional sibling.

Details:  After enrolling the first camper, each additional camper enrolled from the same household qualifies for the discount which will be applied automatically during checkout of camper. #2, #3, or even 4 or more!  Two or more campers in the same family must be enrolled in order to receive the discount.  Sibling discount can be combined with Bring a Friend rewards, New Family, and Early-Bird Discount, but cannot be used with camperships.

Bring a Friend Discount – What better way to enjoy summer camp than to do it with your best friend or cousin!  Bring a friend and receive a reward for you and a discount for your friend!  The more friends you bring to camp the larger your reward. Receive $100 credit towards your Overnight camp enrollment for each camper family you refer that enrolls for an Overnight Camp session, and they receive $50 off the first enrolled Overnight session!

Details:  For each new registering family you refer, Camp Lakotah will discount your Overnight session by $100.00   Bring a Friend rewards are only awarded for the referral of new families who have not previously attended Camp Lakotah.  Bring a friend can be combined with Early-Bird and Sibling Discounts but may not be combined with Camperships.  To refer a friend, simply complete the Refer a Friend Fields provided during enrollment.  Your rewards will be applied to your account upon the successful enrollment of your friend into an Overnight Camp Session.

Military, Police, Fire and Teacher Discount – As a way to say “Thank You” for your commitment to public service, Camp Lakotah is offering a 15% discount off your summer camp enrollments!  Just use the Coupon Code: service at checkout to receive your discount.

Details: Discount is for families who have members actively employed military, fire, police, or teacher.  Proof of verification may be required.  Discount may not be combined with other discounts, coupon codes, or camperships.

Camp Lakotah reserves the right to limit, deny, cancel or refuse the use of any discount or coupon code at any time.

Just need a little more time to pay?  Consider signing up for a payment plan and spread out the cost of camp over 3, 6 or even 12 months!

One way to help make camp more affordable especially when enrolling multiple campers, is to create a no interest/fee payment plan.  These payment plans enable you to divide your balance into multiple installment payments instead of paying in one lump sum.  When registering on-line just use the Coupon Code: Payment  and you will be contacted by the camp office to set up a plan that works for you.
