Camp Lakotah Registration

At Camp Lakotah, we want to make signing up for camp as simple as possible!

TO REGISTER FOR ANY CAMP SESSION: The parents or guardians should complete a registration by clicking here, and following the online registration process.

Registrations are on-going until a session is full, or the arrival date is reached.  For Overnight Camp programs, we require enrollment a minimum of 72 hours in advance based on availability.

All Overnight Camp sessions require a deposit to hold your campers spot with the balance due no later than June 1st.    Some exceptions may apply for enrollments processed as part of special discounts when payment for Overnight Camp may be due in full at the time of registration.  All Afternoon Day Camp, Day Camp, and Minikamp, sessions require payment in full at the time of registration.

After camper registration and deposit/payment is submitted, campers will receive a confirmation by email. Also, all campers should complete all required forms at least one month prior to arrival. Contact us if you are unable to complete it online  and we will send you one by regular mail.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY for Camp Enrollments:

  • No pro-rates or refunds for late arrival or early departure.   Early departure, late arrival, or cancellations due to camper illness or family emergency may receive a pro-rated refund at the discretion of the director/owner and based on individual case circumstances.
  • Any balance for camp fees are due by June 1, 2022.
  • Cancellation of camp enrollment before June 1, 2022 for any reason, Camp Lakotah will issue a program credit equal to the amount already paid by the family; either the deposit or the payment in full.
  • If cancellation occurs after June 1, 2022 but prior to the start of the camp session, for any reason, Camp Lakotah will retain 40% of total fees and the family will be issued a 60% program credit.
  • Program credits are valid for 18 months from the date of cancellation.
  • In the event of cancellation during the enrolled session, dismissal due to misconduct, or withdraw due to homesickness, Camp Lakotah will retain 100% of the session fee. 
  • In the event of cancellation on part of Camp Lakotah, Inc due to circumstances outside of our control, or act of God, we will issue a program credit.

  • The final payment is due by May 1, 2022.
  • Cancellation before March 1, 2022 for any reason, Camp Lakotah will retain $200 and issue a program credit for any additional amount already paid by family.
  • If cancellation occurs after March 1, 2022, Camp Lakotah will retain $400 and issue a program credit for any additional amount already paid by family.
  • Program credits are valid for 18 months from the date of cancellation.
  • In the event of cancellation during the summer session, dismissal due to misconduct, or withdraw due to homesickness, Camp Lakotah will retain 100% of the fees. 
  • In the event of cancellation on part of Camp Lakotah, Inc due to circumstances outside of our control, or act of God, we will issue a program credit.

Additional Fees:

There are no laundry facilities available for camper use at Camp Lakotah. Be sure to pack enough clothes for the length of the session. Please discuss with your camper how to take care of and manage their clothes before arriving at camp. Laundry for campers who soil their clothes and/or bedding is provided on an emergency basis ($10 service charge).  Parent or guardian may be held responsible for any purposeful damage to Camp Lakotah property or personal property of another camper or staff.

Waiver information:

I hereby give Camp Lakotah, Inc. and its partners in operation, permission to use any video, photographs, or written statements from my child’s experience in public relations materials including the internet without compensation.

I understand that although Camp Lakotah Inc. has taken reasonable steps to provide my child with appropriate training, equipment and skilled staff for his/her camp experience, I acknowledge that some inherent risks cannot be eliminated without destroying the unique character of these activities.  Such risks include, but are not limited to, those associated with canoeing, swimming, paintball and laser tag play, waterfront activities, sports activities, wildlife, and other components of resident camping.

Aware of the risks and willing to assume them, I hereby waive, release and agree to hold harmless Camp Lakotah Inc. its representatives and successors for all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my child’s participation in this camp experience.  I have read the descriptions of the session, understand the requirements for participation, and give my child permission to participate.  I assume and accept the full responsibility for his/her participation.

In case of a medical emergency, I hereby give permission to the physician selected by the Camp Director to hospitalize, secure proper treatment for, and order injection, anesthesia or surgery for my child.  I accept responsibility for medical/surgical treatment charges which may be incurred on my child’s behalf.

PRIVACY POLICY:  All camper registration information is confidential and not shared with any outside or 3rd party.
