Alumni Events
10 Year Reunion
In 2019, we welcomed home staff and LT’s from across the globe to join in our 10-year Anniversary Celebration!
The week-long event included a Brewers game outing, Camp Olympics, an Anniversary social with drinks, appetizers, dinner, and cake, a slideshow, bonfire and fireworks over the beach. Alumni from England, New Zealand, Ireland and of course America enjoyed a homecoming like no other! Mark your calendar now for our 15-year Anniversary in Summer 2024!
Alumni Reunion Weekends
Each summer since 2010, Lakotah has hosted an Alumni Reunion Weekend. These weekends are your chance to come together and share camp memories, relive your youthful days by participating in camp activities, and learn how Lakotah is still impacting the lives of hundreds of youth each year. The weekend is open to all individuals and families that want to participate. Now is your chance to bring your own children or grandchildren back for a weekend of fun,or give your spouse a glimpse of the place you hold near and dear in your heart! Watch our Facebook Page or give us a call to find out more details and connect with the organizers!
Work Weekends
While not an official alumni event, we invite you to join us one or two times each year to support our work weekend efforts! Jobs typically include raking, painting, cleaning, sweeping, tree trimming or log splitting, or even construction projects around camp! Pending the seasonal weather and open dates on our calendar, we host one weekend in Spring (Late March – Mid April) and another again in Fall (Late October – Mid November). Watch our FaceBook Page for event postings and register to help out!
Donate
All those warm fuzzy memories got you smiling about Camp? Why not donate to give that same experience to another youth or teen?! In 2011, the Sarah Collis – Olier Need for Nature Campership Fund was created to assist kids and families each year by providing financial aid to those who may not otherwise be able to afford a camp program. Since then, we have had wonderful support from staff and camper alumni. Whether you donate your time, talent or treasure, your contribution can make a difference!
Give back to camp what it gave to you! Together we are changing lives, one camper at a time.
